Our Interruptible God
I don't know about you, but I hate interruptions. I'm someone who is very much built on routine, so any kind of unexpected change to that schedule throws me off. But you know who didn't mind interruptions? Jesus. On nearly every page in the Gospels, there's a scene where His day is interrupted. On His way to heal someone, for example, He may be asked to heal someone else, or correct a doctrinal error of someone's, or any one of a number of other issues. The reason that Jesus didn't mind interruptions was because He saw them as opportunities to help others. Maybe that should be my attitude, too.
