In the midst of a chapter on persecution, the Hebrew writer tells us that we are a part of a kingdom “that cannot be shaken,” and for that, he says, “we should be grateful.” Why?

CloseIn 2 Timothy 1&3, Paul pours his heart out to Timothy. Mostly, he tells him to not be afraid of what's to come, then gives Timothy some sources of strength to turn to when times get tough. Namely, his parents and the Scriptures themselves.
