What is the hardest verse in the Bible to you? For me (and a lot of us, I think), it’s Ephesians 4:26: “Be angry, and sin not.” What actually classifies as righteous or unrighteous anger though, and how do prevent the bad part from happening when we get upset?

CloseTo meditate on God's Word is totally different than "studying" it or even "reading" it. Biblical meditation can be done anywhere, at any time, for any reason. And it should. If we want to create a mind that is 100% devoted to God, we have to cultivate a thoughtful understanding of God's Word. Keep it close -- in your heart and in your mind -- and watch how your spiritual life grows as a result.
