We know the three ways to establish Biblical authority – command, inference, example. But why do we reject authority from God, even when we find it in those ways? It boils down to human nature and letting God have ultimate control over ME.

Exiled in Babylon after the destruction of Judah, Daniel lived decades in a land that was pagan in every sense of the word: religiously, culturally, emotionally, and physically. Many of us know how those two men felt. How do we survive in a pagan world that is hostile to all things Christ? The same way they did.
