Why I'm Optimistic About the Church
I've heard a lot of people in my life talk about how "the church is dying" and "nobody cares about the Gospel anymore." I get why they say it. After all, anecdotal evidence and cold hard data show that people are attending services less than they used to. But as a Christian, I can't afford to have that mentality. I have to believe that people can and will care about God if we talk to them about Him. If not, why even waste our time with evangelism?
