A Church That Grows Disciplines Effectively
Eventually, every church will need to exercise some kind of discipline. Sometimes it's a huge move like disfellowshipping someone, but more often, it's conversations between two people about a sin that is present in someone's life. No one enjoys these moments, but they're necessary to preserving the spiritual unity of a congregation. Without discipline, a church can't grow.
